대지의 이불

대지는 초겨울 올 때마다

오색 이불로

신방을 꾸민다

 

대지의 신방 역사를 알고 있다

八十代祖 팔십대조 까지는 알고 있다

대대로 저들 조상들은 

사 계절에 한 번씩은 신방을 꾸민다

 

봄엔 푸른 나뭇잎 지붕아래

여름이면 시원한 흙으로 요를 깔고

가을이면 어김없이

대지를 따뜻하게 덮어 주는 너

 

나는 안다

너희 후손들도 

앞으로 똑 같이

그러리라는 것을...

 

 

The Quilt for the Earth

 

Every time when early winter comes

The earth prepares the bridal room

With the quilt decorated in a variey of colors.

 

I know the history of the bridal room of the carth;

I know eighty generations of its ancestors

Once in four seasons, it arranged the room like this

 

In the spring time, it arranged a roof in green leaves

In summer, floor bed mattress with the cool soil

It covers the earth warmly in autumm without fail.
